We ensure our coffee is in perfect condition when it leaves us but sometimes things go wrong. So, if our coffee does not meet with your satisfaction, please return it to us to the address at the foot of this page within 14 days.
Our customers have always been happy with our product and we have not had any returns. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the pack of coffee, excluding the original delivery charge. We may exchange the item if requested. Let us know your choice when you contact us.
If you have not received a refund within 14 days of sending the coffee to us, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the funds show up.
Next contact your bank. The processing time often varies depending on the bank and whether a weekend comes between your request and the return.
